Deep South Dirty Rice

1 lb Ground beef, lean 3 cup Rice - Minute instant brown rice 4 Tblsp Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning 1 Red Bell Pepper, seeded and diced 1 medium Onion, diced 1 Tblsp Garlic Minced GV in jar 1 can Canned Sliced Carrots, diced1 tbsp Great Value Low Sodium Soy Sauce 3 cups Water
In a large skillet brown the ground beef. Add diced onions, diced red pepper and garlic. Continue cooking for about 5 minutes until vegetables are tender. Drain
Add rice and creole seasoning to the meat mixture. Mix well and continue cooking for about 5 minutes, stirring often.
Add water, diced carrots and soy sauce. Mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes until rice is tender.
