Low carb chicken carbonara with cauliflower

Ingredients
2.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk1.0 oz Romano Cheese0.25 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream1.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, unsalted1.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded2.0 tbsp Basil2.0 medium slices, cooked (raw product packed 20/lb) Bacon, pork, microwaved1.0 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked4.0 medium Mushrooms, fresh1.0 tbsp chopped Onions, raw2.0 fl oz Water, tap2.0 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh
Directions
Fry up the bacon with the butter, after it gets mostly crispy, add the mushrooms, onions and garlic. Saute together. Add chicken and spices and continue sauteing Add cauliflower to the saute for 5 minutes. Mix cheese, heavy cream, water, pepper , salt, and basil together in a bowl. And cream mixture to skillet and saute together until sauce thickly covers everything. Top with the cheese of your choice if wanted and eat. Box appetite! Serving Size: 2
