Rustic Cabbage soup

Ingredients
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 4 clove Garlic 5 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared .5 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia Cabbage, fresh 6 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
Directions
Warm the olive oil in bottom of pot over medium high heat. Stir in salt and potatoes. Cover and good till potatoes are a bit tender and starting to brown a bit, about 5 min. Stir the garlic in and cook. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Add salt as needed
