1 cup White kidney beans 499 gram(s) Tomatoes - Crushed (full can)2 clove Garlic 1 leek 1 large Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 1 ear, medium yields Sweet Corn, Fresh 0.5 cup Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa10 grams Chipotle pepper dry0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Sauté the veggies. Add the tomatoes, beans, quinoa and water. Bring to a boil and cover. Reduce the heat and cook until quinoa is tender - about 15 minutes
