One Pot Cabbage Casserole

Ingredients
2.0 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese3.0 cup, shredded Cabbage, fresh0.25 cup Garlic1.0 large Onions, raw2.0 can Canned Tomatoes1.0 cup Minute Ready to Serve Brown Rice32.0 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck
Directions
Brown chuck, onion and garlic. In a pot combine rest of ingredients with 1/2 cup water and add hamburger mixture. I use Rotel tomatoes for some extra flavor. Let all ingredients simmer with lid on pot until cabbage and rice cooks, approximately 20 minutes. Remove lid and add cheese. Let simmer until cheese melts. Add salt and pepper to individual taste. Serving Size: 16 Servings
