Manarin Orange Stir Fry

12 oz Ground beef, lean 1 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potato, raw 2 small Onions, raw 1 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 1 serving Fresh Green Beans (1 cup) .5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 1 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Garlic powder .5 tsp Ginger, ground .25 cup Maple Syrup 5 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
Steam potato, carrots, cabbage, green beans for 10 minutes while saute'ing the hamburger, onion and mushrooms in a medium sauce pan.
Once vegetables are saute'ed combine with steamed vegetable in a large frying pan or wok. Stir fry until desired crispness is reached the stir in the sauce made from the mandarin orange syrup and soy sauce that has been seasoned with spices listed
