Broccoli cheddar chicken quinoa

Ingredients
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tbsp Olive Oil 16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2 clove Garlic 1 cup Vegetable Broth 1 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 1.25 cup Quinoa, dry 1/4 tsp dried thyme3 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Heat oil over medium high heat, add onions and sauté until soft. Add chicken and cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add garlic and stir. Add broth, quinoa, thyme, bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to simmer, cook 12 minutes. Add broccoli, recover, and cook 8 minutes. Turn off heat, add cheese, cover for a couple minutes more to melt cheese, and stir.
