250 grams Beans, pinto 350 grams Brown Rice, long grain 2 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes 100 gram(s) Chopped Yellow Onion (by MALVYN) 74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 1 tsp Cumin seed 2 tbsp Curry powder .5 tsp Chili powder 1 dash Pepper, black 1 tsp Salt (table) (by CYNDYY1) 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Raw beans, soak overnight. Boil for 1.5 hrs.
Prepare Rice
Add chopped vegetables
Add Beans
Add Spices
Cook 30 minutes
