462 gram(s) Pillsbury Sugar Free Quick Bread & Muffin Mix (1 box) Deluxe Cinnamon Swirl 0.75 cup Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin Puree 1/2 cup water1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice.5 cup, chopped WalnutsGlaze: 3 serving Pillsbury Creamy Supreme Sugar Free Vanilla Frosting (by BESWRS) 1 tsp maple extract (by CHRYSTEL) 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground .5 tsp Watkins Butter Extract (by THM_GIGI)
Entire kit/box of Muffin Mix, add 2 eggs, water,pumpkin puree, Pie Spice - mix well. Add Walnuts, combine. fill Muffin papers 3/4 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Glaze: 3 Tbsp Sugar Free Vanilla frosting - add cinnamon, Maple and Butter extracts. - Pipe over muffins while warm to create Glaze.
