Orange, Blueberry, Banana Energy Drink

Ingredients
1 cup orange juice1 large banana (peeled and sliced)1 cup of fresh blueberries2 tsp grated fresh ginger300 grams of soft tofu4 spinach leaves2 tbsp hemp protein2 tbsp OilSmart (Omega 3's)10 ice cubes6 orange slices for garnish
Directions
Makes 6 1 cup servings

Place all the ingredients, except the garnish, in a blender and pulse until smooth. Pour into glasses, garnish and serve.

    I like the low carbs and good protein in this reclipe, but I'll have to search for the hemp protein. I live near Toronto, and it may require a specialty store. If I can get them, this will be my next breakfast!!! - 2/7/11
