3 cup, sliced Zucchini 6 medium Mushrooms, fresh 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 1 Yellow Bell Pepper2 tbsp Canola Oil rosemary salt and pepper
Directions
cut everything into bite sized peices, toss with olive oil and seasoning. roast 20 minutites at 375f
