Ingredients
1.0 dash Pepper, black1.0 dash Salt2.0 tsp Garlic0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw4.0 cup Spaghetti Squash16.0 oz Ground beef, lean10.0 serving Tomatoe, Fresh 1 thin slice0.25 cup Kraft Shredded Parmesan Cheese Natural Cheese2.0 oz Crystal Farms Marble Jack Cheese (a blend of Colby & Monterey Jack)
Directions
Brown Hamburger and onions and garlic in frying pan add salt and pepper I also used Italian seasoning. Mean while steam squash in Microwave for 10 min Shread squash place in 9x13 pan place ground beef on top and top with Tomatoes then place Marble Cheese on top and sprinkle parmasean. Bake 20 min Serving Size: 1 cup servings

    A great way to use up a whole spaghetti squash. Tasted a little bland, but I added a tin of chopped tomatoes in juice on top of the mince instead of just tomatoes. Made it more tasty I think. Otherwise I loved it. Oh and there's no temperature stated for cooking this at so I went for 350F. - 5/22/18
