Pan Fried Dumplings

4 cup Best Choice Self-Rising Flour (by SJDUBOIS) 2 tsp Granulated Sugar 0.5 tsp Salt 1.25 cup Milk, 1% 1 tbsp Canola Oil
Step 1: Sift the dry ingredients and mix.
Step 2: Add Milk
Step 3: Flour work space. Put pan on low heat.
Step 4: Knead Dough on floured workspace until smooth.
Step 5: Divide into 10 balls.
Step 6: Press flat in hand until 3" in diameter.
Step 7: Add oil and put up to medium (depending on your stovetop, this may need fine tuning)
Step 8: Cook in batches, adding oil as you go. 15 minutes per batch. Cook on sides an extra few minutes to brown the edges.
Step 9: Serve with chunks of cheese or top with cheese shreds.
