Strawberry Macadamia Cheesecake Fat Bombs

.5 cup, unthawed Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened 6 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese .25 cup Butter, unsalted 22 gram(s) Erythritol - adjusted for 0 carbs (by SCRAPPYMELLA) 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 56 grams Nuts, macadamia nuts, dry roasted
Melt butter & strawberries, add Sweetener (22g=2Tbsp). Whip in Cream Cheese and adjust sweetness. Lick mixer beaters before washing them! Fold in Macadamia pieces (56g=1/2cup).
I use paper liners and a 3/4 oz. disher (very small ice cream server the swivel trigger?). Freeze for at least 2 hours and pop into a freezer bag!
