16 oz Beef, round steak 0.125 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 can Canned Tomatoes .25 cup Tomato Sauce 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw .5 cup Green Chili Peppers, canned 1 serving beef boullion cube (by EM4147) 1 tbsp Canola Oil 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tsp Garlic powder 2 tsp Salt
Cut round steak into cube, flour and brown in 1 Tbs of canola oil. Add chopped onions and cook until translucent. Place meat in crock pot and add 2 cups of hot water with the bouillon cube. Add 1 can of stewed tomatoes, salt, garlic powder, chopped green chili and 1/4 cup of tomato sauce. Cook on high for 6 hours.
