Ingredients
1 teaspoon Black Pepper¼ teaspoon Onion powder1 tablespoon Chili powder½ teaspoon Paprika¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder1 ½ teaspoons Cumin¼ teaspoon dried Oregano¼ teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper¼ teaspoon Red Pepper**adjust heat by using 1/8 for milder or 1/2 for hotter or omit for mild Big Mix Batch ( x 4 ) – Fills regular shaker almost full1 tablespoon & 1 teaspoon Black Pepper1 teaspoon Onion powder4 tablespoons (2 oz = 1/4 cup) Chili powder2 teaspoons Paprika1 teaspoon Garlic Powder2 tablespoons Cumin1 teaspoon dried Oregano1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper1 teaspoon Red Pepper (adjust heat by using 1/8 for milder or 1/2 for hotter)
Directions
1. Blend all ingredients.

2. Add seasoning mix to 1 pound of cooked and drained meat along with 3/4 cup of water. Bring to a boil then simmer 5 minutes stirring occasionally or until water is absorbed.

TO MAKE FROM BIG BATCH:
Add 2 tablespoons and 1 ¼ teaspoons of seasoning mix to 1 pound of cooked and drained meat along with ¾ cup of water. Bring to a boil then simmer 5 minutes stirring occasionally or until water is absorbed.
