Chicken Taco Salad

Ingredients
6 oz Chicken Breast, boneless & skinless 1/2 medium Red Bell Pepper1 Jalapeno Pepper1 cup Kale1 cup Spinach1 cup Lettuce1 medium roma Tomato2 tbsp Onion, chopped1/4 cup Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Kraft)2 tbsp Catalina Fat Free Dressing (Kraft)1 (1.13 oz) single serving bag of Doritos (any flavor)
Directions
1. Chop chicken breast and both peppers and saute in a skillet until chicken is almost cooked through. Add salt free store bought or homemade taco seasoning along with water and cook until water is absorbed.

2. In the meantime chop kale, spinach, lettuce, tomato, onion and add to a large bowl. Add in cheese and dressing and toss to combine.

3. Add ingredients from skillet when done to the top of the salad. Crush doritos on top and enjoy!
