Citrus Quinoa Chayote carrot salad

Ingredients
1 cup 365 Organic Quinoa 2 serving Chayote Fruit Raw (One 5-3/4" Chayote) (by L.R.N.L) 1 medium Carrots, raw 1 small Onions, raw 2 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per Pears, fresh 168 gram(s) Clementines (citrus), 168 g = 2 clementines +/- 2 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) cooked from dry beans 1 tsp Turmeric, ground .5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 1 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nature's Way Pure Extra Virgin
Directions
Cook 1 cup of Quinoa with 2 cups of water.
Dice the onion, carrot and Chayote Squash and in 1 tbs of oil, saute the onion and add the diced squash and carrots for saute them for 5 minutes with salt and spices.
When it is cooled down for about 10 minutes add the quinoa and chick peas. Dice the pear and clementine pieces to the mix and mix it well.
