Ingredients
48 oz Beef, round steak 0.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
Directions
Cut meat into serving sized pieces

Toss meat in bag with flour, salt and pepper.

Brown meat in hot olive oil.

After brown, fill pan with water and let simmer.

Keep looking to make sure water has not boiled away.
