Honey Chicken and Apple Walnut Salad

Ingredients
1 boneless skinless chicken breast1c chopped apples20 grams chopped walnuts3c Spring mix lettuce2 tbsp Honey Dijon Vinaigrette
Directions
1. Grill chicken on a George Forman and then cut into pieces
2. Allow chicken to cool and mix with Apples, walnuts, and Vinaigrette
3. Serve over lettuce or mix it in.
4. ENJOY!!
