Coliflower blue cheese soup

Ingredients
35 grams Blue Cheese 4 cup Coliflower Cooked (1 Cup 1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 1 clove Garlic 1 dash Pepper, black 1 dash Salt
Directions
Boils cauliflower for half an hour to 40 min. Then strain the liquid and introduce it in a container where you can blender it with cheese and the milk. Blend it all together and ad more milk if you like a thinner texture. Add salt and pepper to your taste. Serving Size: Makes 8- 1 cups
