Lemon/Raspberry Spritzer

1.5 pints raspberries (or blackberries)2 cups splenda (or sugar)3 cups water (divided)8 lemons (to make 2 cups lemon juice)Ginger aleReserve a few berries for garnish
Smash the 1.5 pints raspberries with 2 cups sugar (splenda) and set aside for 10-15 minutes (might take longer when using splenda).
For the freshest taste - juice 8 lemons for approximately 2 cups of lemon juice.
Stir 1/2 cup of water to the raspberry mixture - strain into a pitcher.
Add the lemon juice and remaining 2.5 cups water.
Fill 8 glasses with ice, pour half a glass of the fruit mixture and add ginger ale to the remaining half, stir, add a berry or two for garnish and maybe a sprig of mint. Serve and Enjoy!
