Ingredients
6.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated3.0 leaves Basil1.0 tbsp Coconut Oil1.0 tbsp Olive Oil1.0 tbsp Parsley1.0 cup Canned Diced Tomato3.0 serving Clove of Garlic28.0 gram Knorr Vegetable Stockpot Concentrate Makes 500mls)16.0 oz Spaghetti, dry, unenriched
Directions
In a big pot, combine the tomatoes with juices, minced garlic, chopped basil, chopped parsley, red pepper flakes, coconut oil, olive oil, and vegetable stock. Bring to a boil over high heat. Add in the pasta, giving it a stir so no pieces stick/cook together. Cover and reduce the heat to a low boil and cook for 9 minutes. Remove the lid, stir, making sure nothing has stuck together or to the bottom of the pot. Continue to cook for another minute. Serve with a few more fresh herbs if you have them, salt, pepper, and Parmesan Serving Size: Serves 4
