1 serving GV seasoned tater tots, 3 oz. 10 pcs. 1 serving Campbell's condensed cream of celery soup, 1/2 cup .25 serving Marketplace all natural lean ground beef, 93% lean/7% fat, 4 oz. .25 cup Milk - Skim (Non Fat)
Pan broil lean or extra lean ground beef. Salt lightly and pepper. You could add chopped cooked onions, celery or any smaller chopped vegetables like broccoli or even spinach. Drain and set aside. Mix in the condensed soup. I added 1 can of non-fat milk although water would be fine. The last step I put the frozen tater tots on top. I used a one pan that goes into the oven. The oven temperature was 400 degrees. I cooked it until the tater tots were golden brown; about 15-20 minutes. Can serve directly from pan.
