Ingredients
28 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 1.33 dash Salt .5 large Onions, raw .5 tsp Pepper, black 4 tbsp Chili powder 1.33 tsp Garlic powder .75 tsp Cumin seed .25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne .25 cup Flour, white 8 cup Goya Dark Red Kidney Beans 1.5 cup Tomato Paste 32 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
saute beef and onion. skim off fat

add the rest of the ingredients and cover. bring to boil

simmer for 1 hour
