8 oz 365 Organic Almond Milk Unsweetened .25 tsp Vanilla Extract 3 tbsp Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds 12 raisins 1 small (2-1/2" dia) apple1 tbsp Maple Grove Farms 100% Pure Maple Syrup 1.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Add all ingredients together in a mason jar, put the lid on and shake, then stick it in the fridge for at least 10 minutes. Ready to enjoy in the morning! This will last for up to three days in the fridge.
