Quinoa with Turkey sausage and veggies

0.5 tbsp dried Basil1.0 tsp Salt2.0 tsp crushed garlic3.0 cup, chopped Kale8 oz container sliced Mushrooms, fresh1 cup, chopped Onions, raw1 cup, cubed Sweet potato2 cup Water0.5 cup Whole Grain Quinoa (uncooked)1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.5 cup red Quinoa (uncooked)7 oz Turkey Smoked Sausage1 tsp Cumin seed
Sautee onion and garlic, add sausage, cook until lightly browned. Stir in all the other ingredients except for Kale. Bring to a boil, then cover and turn heat to low. Simmer 15 mins and stir in Kale. Remove from heat and let sit covered for 5 mins. Enjoy.
