Pumpkin Pie Shake

Ingredients
2 c. reduced-fat vanilla ice cream, softened1 c. 2% milk2/3 c. canned pumpkin1/4 c. packed brown sugar3/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice + more for garnish3 Tbsp. frozen fat-free Cool Whip
Directions
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Pour 3/4 cup of the mixture into each of 4 glasses. Top each with about 2 teaspoons Cool Whip; sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice, if desired.
