Ingredients
1 serving Hashbrown Potato patties (1 patty) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 slice, thin/small Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 serving Cheddar Cheese - Sargento Reduced Fat Medium (1 slice)
Directions
Cook hashbrown per instructions and set aside. Place egg in ramekin and microwave for 30 seconds, pierce egg yolk, add tomato slices and cheese and microwave for additional 30 seconds. Top hashbrown with egg and season to taste.
