Steel Cut Oats with Cinnamon Fruit and Nuts

Ingredients
3 cups Water1 cup steel cut oats Dash of salt1 tsp cinnamon1 small apple, small dice, unpeeled. 1/4 C almonds, chopped1/4 C raisins
Directions
Add cold water, oats, salt and cinnamon to pan. Stir. Let that soak a bit while you dice apple and chop almonds. Add remaining ingredients, stir, cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cook 20 minutes. (Or however long your brand of oats calls for.) Keeps in fridge for a week.
