Filling Smoothie!! YUM!

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Orange Juice1/2 Cup Fat Free Plain Yogurt1 small Banana (I find that if you use a bigger banana then it really takes over the taste of the smoothie which is great if you love banana)1 Cup of Mixed Frozen Fruit - put it in the microwave for 30 sec to thaw it or the blender will have a hard time breaking it all up.(If you choose to use fresh fruit it tastes great the only difference is that if you put in strawberries their seeds dont blend so you can feel them in the smoothie)
Directions
Take your frozen fruit and put it in microwave for 30 seconds and then place all of the ingredients into blender or mixer and turn on high power for 30 seconds and pour into large glass and drink!
