Chia Breakfast Pudding (Dr. Fuhrman)

1 cup unsweetened vanilla soy, hemp, or almond milk1/4 cup whole chia seeds1/4 cup rolled oats1/2 vanilla bean, split lengthwise or 1/2 tsp alcohol-free vanilla extract2 tbsp raisins (Or fresh blueberries, or other dried fruit)1/2 sliced banana
1. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients except blueberries and banana.
2. If using a vanilla bean, scrape pulp and seeds from pod with a dull knife and add them to the mixture along with the pod.
3. Let mixture sit for 10 minutes.
4. Remove vanilla pod, stir in blueberries and banana.
5. Add additional non-dairy milk, if desired, to adjust consistency.
