Curried Coconut Chicken

Ingredients
18.0 ounces Chicken Breast, halved4.0 tbsp Butter, salted1.0 cup, shredded Coconut, raw2.0 tsp Curry powder0.25 tsp Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Place butter in shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl, combine coconut and curry powder. Dip chicken in butter, then coat with coconut mixture. Place in greased dish, sprinkle with salt. Bake, uncovered, 30-35 minutes.
