Ingredients
.67 cup Coconut Oil 96 serving Stevia in the Raw 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 cup, mashed Pumpkin, cooked .67 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 3.33 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched 2 tsp Baking Soda .5 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Cloves, ground .67 cup, chopped Pecans
Directions
Cream stevia and coconut oil. Add pumpkin and water. Combine flour with next 5 ingredients. Add to creamed mixture. Fold in pecans. Spoon into 2 greased and floured bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
