Ingredients
2 tbsp Curry powder 0.25 cup Olive Oil 1 can Chickpeas, drained and rinsed4 cup, cubes Butternut Squash
Directions
Preheat oven at 375.

Combine ingredients and season with salt & pepper.

Spread in a baking sheet and roast for 1hr.
