Banana Loaf (No added sugar or fat)

Ingredients
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 0.50 tsp Baking Powder 125 gram(s) Self Raising Wholemeal Flour 75 gram(s) Sultanas 1 tbsp Almond Milk Reduced Sugar, (or dairy milk)100 grams Pecans
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 180/160 fan and grease and line a 1lb loaf tin with baking parchment.
2. Mash bananas and add wet ingredients.
3. Add dry ingredients and stir well.
4. Pour mixture into tin and bake for 30-40 minutes. Cool in tin for 19 minutes and turn out.
