Ingredients
1.0 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry 12 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 serving Apple, Gala (medium) 1 cup Fresh Chopped Zuchinni (by ANJIEALLEN) 3 tbsp Skippy Natural Creamy Peanut Butter 3 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
Directions
Add everything in a pan and bring to a boil except the peanut butter and flax seed. I chop my zuchinni small or shred it.

When I make a bowl for work I had 1 tsp of peanut butter and 1 tsp of flax seed.
