Ab Vietnamese pork noodles salad

Ingredients
2.0 tbsp Fish Sauce16.0 oz Pork Tenderloin1.0 cup Green Beans (snap)2.0 tsp Garlic1.0 cup Spinach, fresh6.0 tsp Granulated Sugar2.0 cup Rice Noodles4.0 tbsp Cilantro, raw2.0 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil1.0 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)15.0 tsp Lime Juice - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice
Directions
Cook noodles as directed Slice onions thin and soak in cold water 10 minutes drain. 2 tbs juice, 1 tbs fish sauce, garlic, 1&1/2 tba sugar, black pepper. Add pork and marinate 10-20 minutes. Combine rest of sugar, hot water and stir until dissolved. Add rest of juice, fish sauce & crushed red pepper. Add noodles, onion, spinach, carrot & cilantro. Toss and set aside. Heat pan high heat with oil stir fry pork and green beans. Serve on top of spinach noodles mix Serving Size: 8 servings
