Ingredients
1.0 extra small (less than 6" long) Banana, fresh1.0 cup Blueberries, fresh1.0 cup Almond Milk0.3 tbsp chia seeds0.3 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds0.5 cup Spinach, fresh1.0 tsp Ginger Root
Directions
Grate the ginger root. Add all ingredients to smoothie blender and blend until smooth. Add a few cubes of ice, if desired, and blend smooth again.
