2 tbsp Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal 5 Tbsp Water3 medium very ripe Bananas3/4 Cup Brown Sugar (lightly packed)1/2 cup Canola Oil 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 Cups Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free 1 to 1 Baking Flour 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tbsp Cinnamon1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 Cup chopped walnuts
Combine flax seed and water and allow to sit in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
Pre-heat oven to 350.
Combine dry ingredients in bowl and set aside.
Mash bananas In mixing bowl.
Add brown sugar.
Add flax mixture from the fridge, oil, & vanilla.
Add dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Mix in walnuts.
Bake in a 9x4 inch loaf pan for 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out dry.
Serving Size: Makes 12 slices
