Ingredients
6 serving honey (raw, trader joes, organic) (1 tbs) 2 oz Mini Chips Ahoy Chocolate Chip Cookies 1 oz bag 4 serving Supplement - Whey Protein Plus, Triple Chocolate - Six Star - 1 Scoop 8 serving Barney Butter (Smooth Almond Butter) 2 Tbsp 2 serving Craisin dried cranberries 1 cup Oat meal - Quaker quick .25 serving Almond Milk Silk Pure Unsweetened all natural original 30 calories/1cup .5 serving Snyders pretzel rods (for 3 pretzels)
Directions
Mix ingredients together in bowl
Line 8x8 cooking pan with wax paper.
Pour mix into pan. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes then refrigerate over night. Cut and enjoy 😊
