16.0 oz Almonds (whole, raw, Kirkland brand)1.0 cup, halves Pecans1.0 cup shelled (50 halves) Walnuts2.0 oz Sunflower Seeds, without salt1.18 cup Libby's 100% pure canned pumpkin4.0 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)4.0 tbsp Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp1.0 serving(s) Swerve Confectioners - 1 Cup2.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract1.0 serving(s) Sea Salt - 2 teaspoons1.0 tbsp Cinnamon, ground0.5 tbsp Ginger, ground0.5 tbsp Nutmeg, ground0.25 tsp Cloves, ground8.0 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
Soak almonds for 2 days and rinse. Chop all nuts. Mix nuts and sunflower seeds. Mix everything else in another bowl then pour over nuts and stir. Bake @ 350 for 30 min on (2) foil lined cookie sheets. Cool then dehydrate.
