6 oz Chicken, Costco Rotisserie Chicken (3oz/85gm) 1 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" lon Celery, raw .25 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (peeled) 12 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato 1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) .12 tsp Salt
Directions
Evenly chop all ingredients, half of avocado chopped, the other half mashed with a dash of lime juice, mix together.
