Ingredients
8.0 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef170.0 Grams Mushrooms, canned8.0 tbsp Onion (raw), chopped1.0 clove Garlic14.0 fl oz Chicken Broth1.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap1.0 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste0.25 tsp Pepper, black0.75 cup Spaghetti, cooked without added salt (pasta)0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
1. Prep a large saucepan start by cooking ground beef mushrooms onions and garlic until meat is browned and onions are tender then drain. 2. If using canned mushrooms instead of fresh and those, the broth, water, tomato paste comma as well as your choice of Italian seasoning and pepper. Bring to a boil and then add spaghetti in small amounts stirring constantly return to a boil and reduce Heat. I'll gently uncovered for about 20 minutes or until the spaghetti is tender and the sauce is desired consistency again stirring frequently serve topped with Parmesan cheese
