Ingredients
8 oz Ground beef 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 package, small (3 oz) Cream Cheese 2 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme 0.5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 1 cup rotel original diced tomatoe & green chilies (by LISABRANDNEW11)
Directions
Brown ground beef, drain. Add chopped onion and 1 tbs cumin and 1 tsp chili powder. Melt in cream cheese. Add rotel tomatoes, chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to boil then reduce to simmer for 30 mins.
