Pea & Ham soup

Ingredients
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 tsp Garlic 100 gram(s) Chicken Stock (Knorr Stock Pot UK) (by PETERRIX1) 100 gram(s) peti pois peas (by LINDACHRISTIE) 250 g Gammon Steak
Directions
Fry onion & Garlic in a small amount of oil.
Add herbs and spices to taste.
add peas and stir to coat.
Add chicken stock, cover and leave to simmer gently.
Once cooked and cooled, blend till smooth.
Add cooked leftover Gammon.
