Sweet coconut butternut soup

Ingredients
8 cup, cubes Butternut Squash 3 cup, cubes Sweet potato 1.35 cup Taste of Tai lite coconut milk 3.5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 tsp Cumin seed 0.5 cup Butter, unsalted 4 tbsp Coconut, shredded sweetened
Directions
Put squash, sweet potato, onion, butter and half of broth in crock pot for 4 hours. Use immersion blender to make smooth. Add remaining ingredients and cook another 30 minutes. Top with extra coconut Serving Size: 30
