16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 1.5 cup La Victoria Enchilada Sauce 1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 1.25 cup Rosarita Traditional Style Refried Beans 1 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 3 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium)
Brown turkey. Add taco seasoning and a tbsp of water. Stir until slightly thickened. Place meat in bottom of casserole. Top with refried beans, avocados, bell pepper, enchilada sauce, and cheese. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted. Serve with tortillas and roll up or with tortilla chips.
