4 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, frozen, cooked 1 cup slices Cucumber (with peel) 12 large Shrimp, cooked .69 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 4 medium (3/4" to 1" dia) Radishes
Directions
Rice cauliflower, arrange items in two bowls. Splash with soy sauce or similar. Serve with Siracha.
