Spicy Seafood soup

Ingredients
1 Tbs olive oil 1 cup chopped Onions1 green pepper, chopped 1 cup chopped carrots 2 cloves Garlic 4 cup Kitchen Basics Seafood Cooking Stock - Less Sodium4 oz V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium 14 oz can diced tomatoes 1 cup medium salsa12 medium shrimp, cooked6 oz Langostino lobster tails [Costco] 6 oz Bumble Bee White Crabmeat
Directions
Saute onions, peppers and carrots in oil. Add garlic. Mix in stock, V8, tomatoes and salsa. Bring to boil, reduce heat. Simmer 20 minutes. Turn off heat and THEN add seafood. Let sit 5-10 minutes, until warmed through.
